Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't  take international orders at this time, we currently just take domestic orders but we are planning on ship orders outside of The United States in the future.

How long does it take a product to arrive once it is shipped?

Depending on when you place your order we will work and process your product same day or next day and it will get shipped as soon as it is ready, which it can take 1 to 3 business days, if you place an order on Friday it might no be processed until Monday.So your order may take 10 to 16 days to arrive depending on your location it can arrive sooner.For customized or personalized leather items it can take  up to 20 days.It also depends on the season, on holy days  season it may take longer for your product to arrive, so please allow extra time during our busy season so you can get your orders on time. we promise to work hard on your order so you can receive  your product earlier than expected.

What if my order is delayed?

In some instances,the delivery time may take longer than our policy states.If this is the case, please contact us at contact@ancientleatherartisan.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to resolve any situation that we have control over.

What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?

We all know anything can happen,once we ship your order,it is out of our control.However if your order happens to get lost in transit or returned to us for any reason,we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking as soon as we can.Again for customized or personalized products,it will take more time before we resend your order.Please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situations.
